Isamaa ja Res Publica Liidu eestseisus otsustas teha ettepaneku kirjutada põhiseadusesse eelarve tasakaalu nõue.
Erakonna eestseisus peab vajalikuks kirjutada eelarvesse põhimõte, mille kohaselt peab üldvalitsuse eelarve printsiibina olema tasakaalus ilma laenutuludeta.
